1. Adtrans Group Ltd. and its subsidiaries (Adtrans) is an organisation that is bound by the National

Commissioner.

2. The type of personal information that Adtrans holds depends upon what specific business is
transacted, but may include the following:

Vehicle details
Finance or credit application details

3. The main purposes for which Adtrans holds this information are to complete the sale or purchase
process for a new or used vehicle, to obtain finance and/or insurance for our customers, to maintain
service records on our customers' vehicles and/or to maintain trading history and accounts for parts
and service customers.

4. Occasionally Adtrans contracts out services to a third party which carries out work that cannot be
performed by Adtrans at its premises. The type of personal information that may be given to

5. Your information may be disclosed to your new vehicle manufacturer for warranty and related
purposes. The manufacturer may send you material or contact you about its products and services
and disclose your information to its contractors and agents, such as call centre operators, advertising
agencies, direct mail houses and debt collectors. It may also disclose your information to its related
bodies corporate and transfer your information out of and into Australia for the purposes outlined in
this Privacy Statement.

6. Your information may be disclosed to the financier and/or insurance company for which we act as
agent, for the purpose of quoting or completing a finance or insurance transaction on your behalf.
